Acrylic grounds systems are ground covering systems suitable for both professional and amateur purposes and used for outdoor sports fields.
Acrylic ground covering is an economical ground covering system that can be applied on reinforced concrete and asphalt and consists of a few layers. Quick drying acrylic ground is durable against UV rays and all types of weather conditions and intensive usage. Since it is water-based, it has a homogeneous structure not demonstrating difference. It is a ground not causing slipping and resistant against friction, wearing and impacts. It is not broken and cracked due to its elastic structure. It hygienic and easy to clean.
With acrylic ground covering materials, tough and flexible grounds can be made for indoor and outdoor sports fields. Acrylic covering grounds are applied in three different way based on their layers.
Standard Acrylic Ground
Standard acrylic ground is an aesthetic, economical and tough ground covering that can be used in indoor and outdoor places, designed specially for wide or small areas with various resin and synthetic fillers based on the purpose of usage.
It is applied in 2-3 mm thickness in desired colors on plastered reinforced concrete or asphalt preferably. Three layers of acrylic paint is applied in minimum on filler layer of bitumen modified acrylic surfacer that is used to cover pore on the ground.
Cushion Acrylic Ground
Cushion acrylic ground is a medium flexible ground covering that is designed specially for sports ground construction, it consists of water-based acrylic resin and various synthetic contents. Due to its shock absorber characteristics, it is preferred for sports field with professional purposes.
It is applied in desired colors on plastered reinforced concrete or asphalt preferably. Cushion acrylic system consists of bitumen modified acrylic surfacer filler layer, flexible layer with three layers of special rubber powder filler and two layers of acrylic paint.
Acrylic Ground on SBR
Acrylic ground on SBR is a soft ground covering that is designed specially for sports fields, modified with water-based acrylic resin and various synthetics. This flexible ground with acrylic base with rubber bottom ensuring perfect control of the ball in the field, is preferred especially by professional tennis courts.
It is applied in desired colors on plastered reinforced concrete or asphalt preferably. It lower layer is formed by SBR rubber roller and its upper layer is formed by acrylic paints. Acrylic ground on SBR consists of bitumen modified acrylic surfacer filler layer, one layer of rubber ground and two layers of acrylic paint.
